It is indeed great to see increased interest in LocoFi modules for N scale. We cannot think of any other consideration apart from being able to fit under the shell of a N scale loco. Looking at the Tomytec TM-06R chassis (honestly, we weren't aware of it), it probably may fit nicely. The only other consideration was that the LocoFi modules need "clean" DC power which you seem to have clarified already. Hope that helps.

It looks like thr is space to fit your controller into my trains - I have the advantage of three-coach units so I can always pass the board or speaker into another coach. But are there other things I should worry about before giving it a go?
