Part 16 is a bit different. It describes all of the modifications that I had to do to get this simple tank car to work well on my Dead Rail layout. It also explains how I honored my father with this addition.

The video does not explain fully all of the things that I had to do to get this car ready for use. “How I rebuilt the tank car”, posted on my Website, includes ALL of the details, and why it was not just a simple ready to run out of the box piece of rolling stock for me.
